35 years’ research experience on pipelines:
1) Did research on offshore pipeline in NTNU and developed pipeline standards & codes in DNV, Norway;
2) In charge of offshore pipeline and riser design in two international renowned pipeline design companies: JP Kenny and MCS, in charge of offshore pipeline and riser EPC projects in Shell.
3) Established his own offshore pipeline and riser consultant company OPR Inc. 15 years ago and did many offshore pipeline design and consultant projects for Petronas, CNPC and CNOOC.
4) Set up his own flexible pipe manufacturing plant in China in 2014, developed several world advanced products which were certified by ABS and API, sold to domestic and oversea markets such as Middle East, South America.

·Continuous steel structure reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe has Special Equipment Type Test Certificate for compliance with the specifications of TSG D7002-2006 and the industry standard SY/T6662.4-2014.
·OPR’s API 17J Steel-belt Reinforced Composite Pipe passed the prototype test certification by ABS
·The Design and Development Technical Documentations of API 17K Aramid-fiber Reinforced and Steel-cord Reinforced Composite Pipe were approved by ABS.
·OPR has established a strict Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 and API Q1 QMS standards, implementing the integration control from order capture, product design, material purchase, and product manufacturing to order delivery.
