Inversion Lining Hose

Inversion Lining Hose is an extremely flexible polymer coated hose (in Polyethylene or Hytrel), designed for relining and renovation of all kinds of long distance leaking transfer pipes. It can reduce installation time and save cost. The internal condition of the pipe can be improved; the smooth inner wall after repair can increase the flow rate of the host pipeline, enhance its overall anti-corrosion resistance and improve the service life of the host pipeline.

Using Hytrel (HY) as a coating material, it can be used to repair oil and gas transportation pipelines.

Using Polyethylene (PE) as a coating material, it can be used as:

Repair of drinking water pipelines；

Repair of industrial chemical pipelines；

Repair of sewers and other municipal pipelines;

Repair of natural gas pipelines;

The lining hose itself is installed into the host pipe by reversion, using either compressed air or water as a pressure medium. Prior to the installation, the lining hose is coated inside by a liquid epoxy resin, which when cured by steaming attaches permanently to the inner pipe wall. Alternatively, the liner hose could stay loose in the pipe by terminating it with end couplings.
