Ningbo OPR Offshore Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise founded by Dr. Bai Yong, a special expert of the National “Thousand Talents Program”. The company team was selected as a Class C team of Ningbo “3315 Plan” in 2014, mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of marine risers, flexible pipes and offshore equipment.
